Matt worked tirelessly on my son's car to detect issues with the emission light and air conditioning. Matt is dedicated and hard working and took a special interest in this car since it was my son's first car and knowing how anxious my son was to drive it. You are lucky to have this dedicated employee working for you. I will be returning in the future with my other cars.

I have used Honest Care for my last few repairs and oil changes and like previous experiences was totally satisfied this time. Personnel were friendly and knowledgeable and that got me in an out in about 20 minutes. Service was a battery replacement.

very good experience and customer service was great. so would recommend them to service your car. the only reason i did not give them a 5 star is i need to see the true value of their pricing that does include a full warranty labor and material for 3 years....so just want to make sure the price lines up to the value. great shop!

very good customer service Christa was great and communicated very well with me and they performed the service in a very timely manner. the only reason i did not give them a 5 stars is that i feel the pricing is on high side but must consider that you are getting a full warranty with the service we had completed.....so time will tell if this price carries the value. would recommend them for sure at this time

My car died in the parking lot of the post office next to Honest 1 Auto Care. I walked next door and let them know my dilemma and that I was a customer for one of the other locations. They did not hesitate to assist me. One of the gentlemen walked next door with me, in the sweltering heat and proceeded to try and jump my battery. When it didn't work he called another for assistance. It turned out that the battery was dead. After they jumped the battery they offered to look the car over to make sure that was the problem. They installed a new battery at a great price with an 84 month warranty. Honest 1 Auto exemplifies the meaning of great customer service.
