I cant tell you how grateful I am to Barry and Eddie at Honest1 East Cobb. I didnt pay attention closely enough when setting up my appointment for the oil change/rotation/wiper special I came in for. I accidentally selected drop off instead of wait. Eddie explained the error whe I got there, but even if I had to wait several hours, I had a lot of work to do on my laptop. Even with my scheduling error, they still had me taken care of within 90 minutes. I always have an outstanding experience with his shop and prefer overtaking it to the shameless profiteers at the dealership for my vehicle.

Excellent value on the 'Fall' maintenance promotion!! Easy to make an appointment, professional service, and customer service. Clean waiting area with snacks. They provide a detailed inspection report with photos that addresses immediate attention items, and items need attention later on.

Mr. Chuck, Mr. Dennis, and the team at the Roswell location were fantastic! They got me on short notice, explained everything clearly, and answered every question with a smile.
