I called for an appointment. The phone was answered promptly. I explained my problem and a date and time was rapidly suggested. I agreed, and on the date and time they were ready, i signed some papers and after some additional questions, i sat in a comfortable chair in an area with magazines, drinks and small packet edibles. When the car was ready, the personnel explained all that was found, photographed, I paid and was on my way. The whole visit was professional and properly executed.
