This shop works by appointment and unlike a car dealership, Honest1 actually does the work when the vehicle is dropped off for its appointment. My jeep had a lot of work done and it was all completed same day - dropped off in the morning, picked up in the afternoon. I recommend this shop!

As new customers, we are SO impressed. Friendly, communicative, professional place. Clean and KIND! Followed through with good communication while they had our car. FAST! Car was ready BEFORE we expected. Loved the follow up process when an issue was found-they didn’t just say “bring it back if you have an issue” but rather told us what they had done and to drop by in 2 days after driving the vehicle and they would recheck the possible issue. Finally… The little touches make a huge impact. We got in our car and there were small snack and a small note in our front seats. Even our teens were overjoyed to have a Goldfish snack pack and was an opportunity for a great family conversation about good customer service and how small touches make a huge impact when you have a small business. We will 100% be back!!!!!!!

The mgmt team is very professional and they do a great job of communicating with the customer throughout the appointment.

Went to get my brakes/inspection done for my car and was told it would take 2 hours on the phone but it was done in 1 hour! Very professional employees and they gave me a very detailed report of everything that needed to be done including pictures, and a price breakdown. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for work done on their car!

Honest-1 did a lot of work on a 25-year-old vehicle on time at a reasonable price which very clear graphics of what was and is still needed.

Fair and quick

Had some clicking noise and thought I needed new shocks, or, whatever. Honest-1 did a full inspection and found no issues except my brake fluid was contaminated. They quickly took care of this, and, guess what, the clicking noise went away. Make sure you replace your brake fluids every 40,000 miles.
