This was the first time I had used Honest-1 and I'm very happy with their work. They were recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I gave them a try. Looks like I'll be using them from now on.

H1 of East Cobb is the best auto shop around! I'm a double engineer with mechanical experience and very picky with the shops that work on my vehicles. H1 has more than won my loyalty. They always send out coupons too so you never have to worry about paying more than other shops.

Honest 1 is the only place I take my Pathfinder. The team is friendly, and doesn't try to sell you services you don't need. Their pricing is competitive and really impressive is the waiting area. Clean, comfortable, has wifi and is stocked with refreshments! In all the years I've been having my vehicles serviced, and all the places I've been, Honest 1 is my top choice.

Great work and do not try to make you think you have to have work that is not need. Just hard to get an appointment because they are so busy.

First visit to Honest1 - staff was very friendly and courteous. I had asked for an oil change and tire rotation, however they actually told me that the tires were fine and didn't need to be rotated! Great value for a great price.

Brought in our 2003 SAAB 9-3 on 9/11/15 for rear break work. Honest-1 provided an estimate to cover worse case, which would have included having to replace the rotors. We left the car on a Friday evening, and picked it up around 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. From the time we came in, until after we left with our car, the service was great. They were able to do the rear brakes without having to replace the rotors - nearly a $400 savings. We were very pleased with that news. Needless to say, we have become a loyal customer.
