Great location and staff. I have a Jetta TDI and need a very specific oil. After they inadvertently put in some oil VW didn't allow, they immediately replaced it with the correct 507.00 spec. Plus, they gave me a student discount! This shop is great and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again guys.

EXCELLENT!! My car needed a lot of service so while I was prepared to wait, Honest one in East Cobb drove me home to Roswell (not around the corner by any means) and picked me up when my car was ready. Nobody does this and nobody repairs cars with such honesty and integrity. Do not bring your car elsewhere, they are the best by far.

I needed a quick oil change before heading out on a road trip. I pulled into Honest - 1 at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. They got my car in, took care of the oil change, told me what other service was needed--only my transmission fluid--and didn't try to upsell me. I enjoyed the courteous treatment and clean facility. The staff and service team are amazing. They are professional and curdious.

Great service, friendly crew and they were able take me as a walk-in. I showed up after my car failed an inspection due to a sensor problem. I called them at 3:00PM, showed up at 3:30PM and the work was done by 4:50PM. And they gave me a new customer discount that saved me about $50. I had the same problem with my second car 6 months earlier and their price was a tiny bit cheaper. I would recommend them to friends and family.
