Best customer service I've seen in years.

I was pleased that the voicemail I left to schedule an appointment was promptly returned within an hour. In the past at Honest Auto Care this was not the case. Matt, the Service Manager, was awesome on the phone and in person --- calmly providing me time to relay my concerns about my older model Subaru, and answering my questions. I will continue to use Honest Auto Care to maintain my Outback, even though I have now moved quite a distance away!

This is my second service visit in the last few years and they are awesome, price is right and fast turnaround...very polite and took time to explain issue and answered all my questions. The first time I took a car in they didn't charge me and simply gave me great advice which I appreciated.

Fixed a particularly thorny check engine light issue. It took multiple visits but eventually they got it fixed. Reasonable prices. I'd come back.

My vehicle unexpectedly stalled, wouldn't start and had to be towed to a repair shop. I chose Honest-1, as they have done great work for me in the past. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair the vehicle in less than one day. Further, the cost was well below what I expected. They also gave me direction on what to do in the future to prevent a recurrence of this problem. I'd highly recommend Honest-1 for vehicle service.

I have an older Nissan Altima that has low mileage but various parts are aged and require service. Honest 1 East Cobb provides expedient service and I trust their estimates as what needs to be done and what can wait. They are quick and the premises are clean and waiting area comfortable. I would recommend to anyone who needs service on their vehicles.
