Upon arriving, the desk staff was very personable and welcoming. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. All services were completed within an hour. Once inspected, the staff checked with me about possible services and gave the prices and did not replace anything until I had given their consent. They were also honest in their recommendations and gave opinions on what they would do. The previous shop I had taken my car to insisted I needed new brake pads, but the technicians here noted that there was no need for a new replacement and only suggested replacing parts that were necessary. Upon finishing, they also gave discounts and perks that I did not even have coupons for. After years of feeling like I had paid too much or unnecessarily at other shops, I will definitely be back!

From the greeting when I walk in, to listening to what my problem is, through service and delivery of my vehicle, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accurate and reasonable in their work and costs. They have made me a regular customer, and I recommend them to everyone I know.
