After researching their reviews, I brought my sedan to Honest-1 for the first time. Their customer service, quality of work (by the way, transparent), turn-around time, and fair cost met if not exceeded my expectations. I appreciated their email & text, detailing a visual summary of things that checked out well, and other things that needed attention (before proceeding). I'll certainly come back again.

The Team the East Cobb location are outstanding. Brought my car in due to a my back hatch not locking. They spent 10 minutes on it and fixed the problem. I tried to pay them, but they said no charge they were more than happy to help. Great team with outstanding service earns my business. Well done
