I have been going to Honest 1 Auto Care for a few years now. I have tried a few other places in between, but now I just call Honest 1 when we need one of our vehicles serviced. The #1 thing for me is someone I can trust. I trust their analysis of my cars problem and know that they are price competitive and do not recommend unneeded services. They are friendly and have my car ready when they say they will.

Everything was great for my oil change until I reviewed the receipt at home. I was charged $50 labor for removing the lid to the air filter, putting a new filter in, and putting the lid back on. That is a one minute job. I was also charged $37 for the air filter (well above cost). In my lifetime of oil changes, cant ever remember a charge for labor to remove and replace the lid to the air filter.

We came in to get our emissions inspection so we could get our tag receipt. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The inspection was completed in record time, and we got our discount on the price. We always try to get this done at Honest 1.
