I had a grinding noise in my car, but they also found something else that could lead to a larger problem. Matt was very professional, and me having a bit of car knowledge, knew he wasn't trying to upsell me. There was a big window from the waiting area that looked out on the garage, and my car was in full view. I saw no funny business going on, and they were even nice enough to get the job done quickly and were able to cut some of the labor cost down. It was more expensive than I was hoping for before I walked in the door, but I know my car is much safer, and the end cost was less than the estimate I was quoted.
