East Cobb Auto Repair

The name says it all -- Honest 1. The facility, people and the quality of the work have no equal in the East Cobb area. I just wish these guys had opened up 20 years ago!

Such great service. My check engine light was on, they checked on things during my oil change at no additional cost to me. Then proceeded to take the time to sit down with me and discuss the problem. After discussing I was told the issue posed no great threat to my car and could easily be resolved anytime before my next emissions testing. I was so thankful for their honesty, telling me that I had time to save up money to fix the issue instead of pressuring me to do it that day was something unheard of in this industry. Thank you guys! Can't wait to come back!

These guys have been great and true to their name. I'm not one that cares about the lobby but it is very nice and clean and like most, has wi-fi and televisions.We took my son's car there for an A/C check. We were told it only needed 1/2 lb of freon and paid for the check and freon. several weeks later the car stopped blowing cold air. My son utilized their free shuttle service and dropped it off to be fixed again. I took him back expecting another cost and the typical argument "that we already paid for this" and so I could try and keep costs down for my son. The car was brought around and we were told "you already paid for this". It truly was a pleasant surprise. They certainly earned my business to bring more of our cars to them. Cant thank them enough and lets hope it keeps working.

My Honda Civic was in need of basic brake maintenance; I received a clear, fair price estimate and the shop offered me a ride back in its courtesy vehicle. The brake work was completed in just a couple of hours, with no "mystery ailments" discovered during the repair (as many less scrupulous shops often do). The shop location is very convenient, in between Johnson Ferry and Roswell roads just behind Suburban Tap and Azita Salon.

These guys got a repeat customer from me. Excellent service, clean reception area, and no up selling services that I do not need.Honest-1 EC really does live up to their name.
