I went there for an AC recharge and they discovered that my radiator hose was about to explode (see pic) Mechanics were very transparent and texted me updates with progress of the repairs which included pictures and even gave me a loaner car to use because the part I needed had to be shipped. Not the cheapest place to go, but certainly not overpriced and their work is top notch. You can get a 15 percent discount on service through Costco's auto care network if you have a Costco membership. Plus they have complementary snacks/beverages. 10 out of 10, will be going back again for sure.

Thank you for the excellent care in taking care of my car on my recent visit for a oil change. The technician found and fixed an issue with the front tire that saved me from a tire failure. I always look to your service than more than just an oil change. Keep up the good work. I appreciate the detail and attention your technicians take with my car.

I had a 2:00 PM appointment for a front end alignment on my Genesis G-80. I arrived at 2:00 PM and filled out the required paperwork. My car went into their shop shortly after 2:00 and the alignment was completed with 40 minutes. I did not even to get to finish my cup of free coffee. Great job and great service.

My ac had intermittent problems and they took their time testing and narrowed the issue down to the compressor. They suspected that was the problem but of course it would work when I brought it in which made their job a lot harder. Outstanding service as always

Took my car in because of a rattling sound, Firestone down the street had quoted me a $3,100 repair on a car with only 40k miles on it, saying I need to replace the rack and pinion. Took it to Honest-1 and they said it was just a loose bolt on the tie rod and all I need is an alignment. I almost cried I was so relieved, literally saved me thousands of dollars. Can’t say enough good things. Matt was very helpful, they got me in and out in no time. They even left a snack in my car.
