A good thorough inspection, followed by highly-competant service. No need to weed wack my way through offers for unnecessary services and up-sells. Just good wrench twisting and good business practices: stuff I wish was the norm, but, sadly is not in my experience in Easy Cobb.

My first time going in for an oil change, I was surprised to get a full detailed pictorial inspection review before I picked it up and was able to decide if I wanted any of the recommended items, like filters. The staff was friendly and they called promptly when it was finished. Check out was a breeze. I would recommend them.
