I made an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change. There was no wait when I dropped off my car. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified when they finished and could pick up my car. The whole process was quick and easy.

the guys up front are always very helpful, professional and courteous. I explained I did not want to invest a lot of money in my 2010 Chevy HHR as I plan to sell/trade/donate or junk it very soon. I do need the car for nearby trips day to day for a few months. They understood, did what was necessary to get me back on the road, acknowledging I'm passing on some additional repairs. Butch hires good people!
