The vehicle repair would have been greater than the value of the Aztec. I appreciate the effort that was made to assist me with a courtesy ride and keeping me informed on the status. Fantastic customer service - I took my car in as a follow up from a rubbing noise after a couple of weeks from H-1 putting on new brake pads. To ensure my satisfaction - the crew at Honest-1 re-machined my rotors and replaced the brake pads again to make sure it addressed the noise and to confirm my satisfaction. All at no cost to me - - now that is how you earn loyal customers!
