Great company and do a great job! They are pretty competitive in regards to price. Love the the idea they had to physically show each item they recommend to work on/fix! Also, great way to not pressure a customer into doing extra work! A little long on oil changes.

Came in with an electrical problem, they were able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than 2 hours. I got my car back the same day.

Always very helpful and up front about the cost. They even printed a maintenance schedule for me, which vw no longer provides when you purchase the car.

The level of customer service is above and beyond the standard expectation. Being a business owner myself, I was very impressed!

I began using Honest -1 two years ago. I knew after my first visit that I had found the an auto care center who truly cared. They are professional, welcoming and honest. When my car battery died they came to my rescue within 15 minutes, amazing service. I will continue to use them for my vehicles and high recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Again another excellent visit to Honest-1 in East Cobb! I have found my permanent car care center. These guys are friendly, polite, professional, courteous... I can go on, but you get the picture. I'll admit I've gone to a local dealership to try and get some basic service done. After they had my car for three days, nothing had been completed. I took it in to Honest-1, not only did I get far better customer service, I got the work completed in a reasonable time. Thanks again Honest-1, I will be back when I need some work done. Ralph
