I first took my 2004 Sienna to the Toyota dealership when I knew there was a problem. After running a diagnostic, they told me I needed a radiator and even worse, a cracked head gasket. The quote was crazy expensive. Looking for a better quote, I called Honest 1. Without even taking my car in, the guy at Honest 1 said he was suspicious of the dealership's diagnostics so I brought it in. Sure enough, there was nothing wrong with my head gasket, I only needed a radiator. They saved me over $2000 by correctly diagnosing the problem and beat the dealership's quote for the radiator! Beyond the excellent service, the waiting room was clean, well furnished, and had a modest play area for the kids. The location is also great because if your car is going to be there for an hour or so you can walk to Trader Joes or lunch at CPK or Willie's. Honest 1 is the only place I will be bringing my van in the future!
